Very restful. I keep evolving. Jennifer’s Divine Sleep yoga nidra helps me to slow down and be more fully alive, more present. Definitely more compassionate. I now embrace my true Self. I found more joy and can be at peace now.
Yoga nidra with Jennifer is sublime! This weekend of Five Element Yoga made me more grounded and open-minded. These seem somewhat contradictory when I write them, but I feel balanced between both ends.
This retreat helped me to feel relaxed and confident. I learned that I was seeing my body as an adversary, not as a partner. I was moved by the statements of feeling safe in my own body. The yoga was great and I could keep up all the time. The Divine Sleep yoga nidra brought new realization each time. I have had a reawakening.
I go to sleep with Jennifer’s CD every night! I have been practicing daily for three years now but I hear something different and new each time. I pick up on what I need in the moment and it goes right into where I need to hear it, and to soothe me.
This retreat was simultaneously mellow, nurturing but at the same time deep. It was easy to feel safe early on. It was great to do something I hadn’t done before (Yoga Nidra) and gain a new tool to add to yoga.
