For me, the Divine Sleep yoga nidras were the peak experiences. And the sweet, calming sound of Jennifer’s melodious voice.
Very pleasurable and fulfilling. After just a few days, I feel more focused, my mind is more clear, and my heart more opened. Jennifer was wonderful and created a safe and loving environment. She made- along with the other participants, this retreat unforgettable.
I feel amazing and grounded after a weekend of Five Element Yoga! Also sore, but in a good way. I like the movement and relaxation. The affirmations and mudras are invaluable to me. I feel more solid in the earth and all the way up. The Divine Sleep yoga nidra is a cure for my insomnia. This was grounding, soulful and easy to take home.
