This retreat helped me to feel relaxed and confident. I learned that I was seeing my body as an adversary, not as a partner. I was moved by the statements of feeling safe in my own body. The yoga was great and I could keep up all the time. The Divine Sleep yoga nidra brought new realization each time. I have had a reawakening.
Jennifer is warm, creative, and supportive. I have never vacationed alone before. From making my reservation to leaving the experience was great. Jennifer was open and caring as well as warm and fun.
