What was powerful for me was a deeper understanding of breath and the power of the breath. Jennifer is excellent, supportive and encouraging.
It was powerful to move slowly into deepening, emphasis on prana and not gripping or tightening. Great attention to details of alignment and support. She challenged us to explore edges with awareness. This certainly helped me to strengthen and deepen my own personal practice.
I gained insight into the energy with and how to use that energy on and off the mat. I have more appreciation of the power of the breath.

I LOOOOOVVVVEEEEE this CD. I listen to it almost every day. I just came back from Kripalu (Integrative Weight Loss program), and took your yoga nidra class and one or two of your yoga classes while I was there. I almost think this CD is helping me more than the whole week – although the week was wonderful. Anyway, thank you. You inspire me to be a better person. — J
