This class begins with centering, hand mudra with affirmation, brief instructions and explanation, before 45-mins of Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guided meditation.
Each session is a unique journey that allows you to meditate on each level of being called Koshas in Sanskrit: body, breath/energy, mind/emotions, wisdom/witness, bliss/healing levels!
