A special practice, new and different every week, focused on stimulating your healing energy to bring greater health, wellness and happiness.
Lie down and receive the gift of inner connection and deep relaxation.
All Levels – Including Beginners.
Each session is a new journey that allows you to meditate on each level of being: body, breath/energy, mind/emotions, wisdom/witness, bliss/healing! The benefits are numerous: yoga nidra is proven to relax and heal your body and mind, to increase your levels of both rest, energy, and strengthen your immune system.
We will begin with centering, hand mudra with affirmation, brief instructions and explanation, before 45-mins of Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guided meditation.
• You will need a computer, tablet or smartphone.
• Prepare by gathering your props for sitting or lying down. Pillows, blankets, eye pillow, etc.
• For your privacy, no one, including myself, will see or hear you.
• There will be time for Q&A and sharing in the Chat.
This is a LIVE CLASS, with video access until midnight the following day, using the same link.
