Class #1: IMMUNE BOOST Five Element Yoga®:  EXPAND YOUR BREATH 

We begin our practice with a Mudra and acupressure good for congestion and expansion of the breath in the chest. A special focus on expanding through the ribs to nourish the lungs and open to heart energy is woven throughout this class. Breath of Joy invites your energy to circulate! And our slow flowing postures stretch out the chest, ribs and legs. We complete with yoga nidra to calm your body and strengthen your immune system with deep rest.

 


Class #2: IMMUNE BOOST Five Element Yoga®:  UPLIFT WITH AIR ELEMENT 

Air Element inspires this class to nourish the heart, chest, and thymus gland increasing your Immune health and wellness. Enjoy playful flowing warrior poses, massaging potent energy points from Traditional Chinese Medicine that allow you to breathe your fullest breath. Learn how to lengthen your side ribs to expand breath even more. Yoga nidra will restore you to your fullest in our sweet guided relaxation meditation to complete our practice.

 


Class #3: IMMUNE BOOST Five Element Yoga®:  FOUNTAIN OF ENERGY

By cultivating your Pranavayu upward ‘fountain’ of energy in this class, you’ll strengthen your breathing, lung health and immune system. Our gentle backbends expand your ribs, and lengthen the spine. Arm movements coordinated with breath both invigorate and detoxify. Then we’ll work on the Lung Channel with self-massage. Our movement includes slow flowing side warriors, resting ‘banana’ and twist poses, and full release with our yoga nidra relaxation ‘dessert’ to finish.

 


Class #4: JOURNEY THROUGH THE ELEMENTS Five Element Yoga®: LETTING GO INTO EFFORTLESS FLOW 

We invoke the vitality of the Five Elements within ourselves in this practice that includes mudras, self-massage, acupressure, special breathing techniques, flowing movement and yoga postures. Activating your inner Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether Elements will bring you back into harmony and wellness, helping you feel fresh, alive and vital. This complete practice ends with a short yoga nidra for deep rest.

 


Class #5: JOURNEY THROUGH THE ELEMENTS Five Element Yoga®: CULTIVATING PEACE AND PRESENCE

We invoke the vitality of the Five Elements within ourselves in this practice that includes mudras, self-massage, acupressure, special breathing techniques, flowing movement and yoga postures. Activating your inner Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether Elements will bring you back into harmony and wellness, helping you feel fresh, alive and vital. This complete practice ends with a short yoga nidra for deep rest.

 


Class #6: JOURNEY THROUGH THE ELEMENTS Five Element Yoga®:  ACTIVATING YOUR CREATIVE FORCES 

We invoke the vitality of the Five Elements within ourselves in this practice that includes mudras, self-massage, acupressure, special breathing techniques, flowing movement and yoga postures. Class #7: JOURNEY THROUGH THE ELEMENTS Five Element Yoga®:  EMBODIMENT

We invoke the vitality of the Five Elements within ourselves in this practice that includes mudras, self-massage, acupressure, special breathing techniques, flowing movement and yoga postures. Activating your inner Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether Elements will bring you back into harmony and wellness, helping you feel fresh, alive and vital. This complete practice ends with a short yoga nidra for deep rest.

 


Class #8: NOURISHING THE JOINTS Five Element Yoga® Therapy:  RELEASE FROM THE CORE OUTWARD 

Your joints, and your whole being, will love you for this refreshing and creative flow employing a number of wonderful techniques. In this particular class we’ll free tensions within the core with Somatic movements; decongest the joints with circular movements and Abhyanga Ayurvedic self-massage; and engage release work in the chest and upper back. Deep rest in yoga nidra will allow you to integrate the changes.

 


Class #9: NOURISHING THE JOINTS Five Element Yoga® Therapy:  REALIGN FROM EARTH TO SKY 

We begin our practice with sweet full-body joint rotations allowing synovial fluid to warm up. Then we’ll use Somatic movement to help realign through the spine, hips and shoulders. You’ll learn an incredible PNF method to lengthen those tight hamstrings without force! Deep relaxation in yoga nidra will allow the healing to be fully absorbed.
