Be soothed with Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra. Lie down and receive the gift of inner connection and relaxation! This is how to rest, rejuvenate and find your calm center.
Each session is a new, unique and magical journey that allows you to meditate on each level of being: body, breath/energy, mind/emotions, wisdom/witness, bliss/healing!
The benefits are numerous: yoga nidra is proven to relax and heal your body and mind, to increase your levels of both rest, energy, and strengthen your immune system.
We started this Free Class in March to be supportive in these challenging times, and we have continued it every Thursday for over four months now. We hope you find it helpful. Jennifer leads a nurturing, balancing and healing practice every day except Sunday, and special Workshops twice a month. Join her to connect deeply with self and find your calm center.
We will begin with centering, hand mudra with affirmation, brief instructions and explanation, before 45-mins of Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guided meditation.
After class ends there will be time for Q&A and community in the Chat! All classes are in ET Eastern Time.
For all-levels including beginners, and for all-ages. All sessions are on Zoom.
With registration you will receive Jennifer’s educational monthly newsletter (now in its 15th year) with mudras, student stories, short potent practices, videos and more, and periodic updates about upcoming classes and special Workshops.
You will need a phone, smartphone, tablet, or computer.
You can prepare by gathering your props together for sitting or lying down. Pillows, blankets, eye pillow, etc. (note: no one, including myself, will see or hear you for your privacy).
