Enjoy this beautiful guided meditation that allows you to connect with each level of being: body, breath/energy, mind/emotions, wisdom/witness, bliss/healing!
The benefits are numerous: yoga nidra is proven to relax and heal your body and mind, to increase your levels of both rest, energy, and strengthen your immune system.
We will begin with centering, hand mudra with affirmation, brief instructions and explanation, before 45-mins of Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guided meditation.

Jennifer leads a nurturing, balancing and healing practice daily – please support these classes! And join Jennifer for Special Workshops twice a month.
For all-levels including beginners, and for all-ages. All sessions are on Zoom, Eastern Time.
You will need a phone, smartphone, tablet, or computer.
You can prepare by gathering your props together for sitting or lying down. Pillows, blankets, eye pillow, etc.
