This class begins with centering, hand mudra with affirmation, brief instructions and explanation, before 45-mins of Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guided meditation. Each session is a unique journey that allows you to meditate on each level of being called Koshas in Sanskrit: body, breath/energy, mind/emotions, wisdom/witness, bliss/healing levels! The benefits are numerous: yoga nidra is proven to relax and heal your body and mind, to increase your levels of both rest, energy, strengthen your immune system, and more.

All you need is:
-smartphone, tablet or computer
-yoga mat, towel or a piece of the floor!
-cushion or chair to sit on
-props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc. (You’ll be lying down or in a comfy seat for this part)
