Come home to your body as you awaken and activate your inner EARTH ELEMENT. This 60-minute class includes simple yet effective postures and rhythmic movement, breathing, self-massage, mudras, and a sweet and soothing guided yoga nidra. This class will help you to:

            • Increase calm.
            • Strengthen your bones and physical body.
            • Build resilience.
            • Cultivate your overall sense of well-being and trust.
            • Relax and restore.

Five Element Yoga® is based in the wisdom traditions of yoga therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda. The intention is for inner harmony and balance.

Class will complete with Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra lying down guided relaxation meditation to feel cradled by the Earth. Join our online Community today!

Take a Break from Everything Else to Nourish Your Body and Being

Appropriate for Everyone, Including Beginners

All You Need Is:

  • Phone, smartphone, tablet or computer.
  • Yoga mat, towel or an area on the floor.
  • Optional yoga props: cushion, strap, yoga blocks, wall area, chair to sit on.
  • Props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc. (You’ll be lying down, or in a comfy seat for this part)

  • This class is RECORDED recent favorite class, with video access all day June 9 and 10.
  • Register anytime before the class.
