Join Jennifer For Grounding and Calming EARTH ELEMENT Five Element Yoga®
Come home to your body as you awaken and activate your inner EARTH ELEMENT. This 60-minute class includes simple yet effective postures and rhythmic movement, breathing, self-massage, mudras, and a sweet and soothing guided yoga nidra. This class will help you to:
- Increase calm.
- Strengthen your bones and physical body.
- Build resilience.
- Cultivate your overall sense of well-being and trust.
- Relax and restore.
Five Element Yoga® is based in the wisdom traditions of yoga therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda. The intention is inner harmony and balance.
Class will complete with Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra lying down guided relaxation meditation to feel cradled by the Earth.

- Yoga mat, towel or a piece of the floor!
- Cushion (or chair) to sit on
