Join Jennifer Reis in Five Element Yoga®, a potent practice that connects you with your inner nature and rhythms through the exploration of the five elements. A vibrant and colorful flowing practice, Five Element Yoga® draws from Eastern traditions of yoga, Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, and traditional Chinese wisdom. The result both nourishes and balances your inner Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether elements to cultivate harmony and improve health.
Come into perfect harmony and flow with life, enjoying increased health, happiness, and inner peace. Each week will focus on one of the elements: —earth, wind, fire, air, and ether—and learn powerful tools for ongoing rejuvenation and relaxation.
Note If possible, please have a yoga mat, pillow or blanket, strap/belt/tie, and 2 blocks ready for the first session.
