Our practice flows through each Element for ultimate inner harmony. Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether: the archetypal building blocks compose everything in the Universe, including your body. Wellness depends on the balance of these internal five elements, and Five Element Yoga® restores your elements resulting in increased balance, health, happiness and wellness!

Five Element Yoga®, developed by Jennifer Reis, weaves together the rich traditions of yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, yoga therapy, and nature’s wisdom. We’ll complete with a brief healing rest in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra – lying down guided meditation to bring you into your body’s natural healing state.

  •  Yoga mat, towel or a piece of the floor!
  •  Cushion (or chair) to sit on
  •  Props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc.
