Are you ready to realign yourself with the rhythms of nature? Five Element Yoga® is a potent practice that invites you to celebrate your body with yoga postures, flow with yogic breathing, revitalize your energy with mudras, detoxify with meridian self-massage, and find deep rest in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra. EACH CLASS IS NEW AND UNIQUE.
We will flow through each Element for ultimate inner harmony: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether are the archetypal building blocks that compose everything in the Universe, including your body. Wellness depends on the balance of these internal five elements. Five Element Yoga® restores your elements to find natural rhythm resulting in increased balance, health, happiness and wellness!
Five Element Yoga®, developed by Jennifer Reis, weaves together the rich traditions of yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, yoga therapy, and nature’s wisdom. The goal is balance and harmony within oneself.
Our class will complete with deep healing rest in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra – lying down guided meditation to bring you into your body’s natural healing state. A new and unique journey in every class.
Take this time to get peaceful and calm, putting everything else aside.

After class ends, there will be time for community Q&A in the Chat.
FYI: you will see me, but no one, including myself will see or hear you for your privacy.
All You Need Is:
– phone, smartphone, tablet or computer
– yoga mat, towel or a piece of the floor!
– cushion or chair to sit on
– props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc. (You’ll be lying down or in a comfy seat for this part)
