Learn to stimulate the Vagus Nerve, sending a message to your body that it is time to relax and de-stress. This parasympathetic shift in your nervous system to “rest, digest, and repair is the healing mode for your body, and it is proven to uplift mood, and increase health, well-being, and resilience.

Familiarity with the healing power of the vagus nerve will help you to sleep better, and manage stress more effectively when it arises.  

First learn more about the vagus nerve and how to work with it. Then be guided in a calming Five Element Yoga® practice to activate inner peace within your mind, body and emotions. Our practice will include rhythmic and restorative postures, breathing, mudras, and self-massage.

Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra will complete our workshop, allowing you to receive connection and  rest in this lying down guided meditation, with Jennifer’s calming voice, accompanied by inspiring music.

This is a live online session. Chat will be available during and after our class to connect with our community, and for Questions & Answers. FYI: You can choose to have your video ON or OFF for your privacy, and you will not be video recorded.

  • Smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer
  • Yoga mat (or a towel or an additional blanket on the floor).
  • Cushion or pillows
  • Optional: blanket, yoga blocks, yoga tie, chair to sit on.
