A New And Unique Immune Boost Flow Every Week

Strengthen your immune system with nurturing Immune Boost Yoga. Five Element Yoga® is based in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and yoga. We will massage energy channels and points, practice movement and yoga postures, mudras, and deep breathing. This unique class will awaken your body’s natural ability to stay strong and protected.

Our class completes in deep healing rest with Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra – a lying down guided meditative journey that flows through each level of your being to help  shift into your body’s own healing parasympathetic mode, supporting the health of your immune system.

Take a break from everything else!

ALL LEVELS for EVERYONE. Including Beginners.

All You Need Is:

  • Phone, smartphone, tablet or computer.
  • Yoga mat, towel or a area on the floor.
  • Cushion or chair to sit on.
  • Props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc. (You’ll be lying down, or in a comfy seat for this part)
  • This class is LIVE, with VIDEO ACCESS until the following day at midnight.
  • Register anytime before the class to practice with the recording; or join us LIVE.
  • After registering you will receive a Booking Confirmation email from us, and a Zoom Link email, and a backup email with Link from us.

Yoga classes are Zoom meeting style. You may turn off your video during practice if you prefer, and no one, including myself, will see or hear you. And you may like to turn your video on, to say hello before class, or after class for our Community Chat!
