There is so much we can do to strengthen the immune system with Five Element Yoga® based in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and Yoga. This healing practice includes self-massaging energy channels and points, easy yoga postures, mudras, affirmations, and breathing. This class will awaken your body’s natural ability to stay strong and protected.
Our class completes in deep healing rest with Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra – lying down guided meditation that flows through each level of your being to help you shift into your body’s own healing mode.
This is sacred time for you to get peaceful and calm, taking a break from everything else.
All you need is:
-smartphone, tablet or computer
-yoga mat, towel or a piece of the floor!
-cushion or chair to sit on
-props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc. (You’ll be lying down or in a comfy seat for this part)
