Deepen your knowledge and understanding as you are guided on a journey through the Chakra Wheels of Energy.  

In this Training-Retreat, you will learn and experience the corresponding element, color, lotus flower, emotion, sound, and yoga posture, that all work to awaken potency within each Chakra. The relationship between the chakras and individual yoga postures is key for receiving the full benefits of the poses. 

  • Chakras offer opportunities for growth, self-knowledge and healing, helping you to find more inner balance and wisdom to bring into your heart and your life.
  • Be guided in a Chakra flow of Five Element Yoga® including mudras, intention statements, breathing, yoga postures, self-massage, reflection, and creativity.
  • Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra will complete our training-retreat. Simply lie down and listen. Receive deep, healing rest and relaxation through this unique, imaginative guided meditation with Jennifer’s relaxing voice accompanied by inspiring music.  

Cultivate balance and wisdom in your heart and in your life.


PLUS: You will receive handouts to continue your practice at home, emailed to you within 24hrs of the Training-Retreat.

PLUS: You will receive 6-day access to the recording, in case you miss part, or cannot attend, or wish to refresh your experience.


This is a live online session! You may turn off your video during practice if you prefer, and no one, including myself, will see or hear you. And you may like to turn your video on, to say hello before class, or after class for our Community Chat!

All you need is:

  • Smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer.
  • Paper and or journal; Pen or pencil.
  • Crayons, or markers or colored pencils, etc for drawing.
  • Yoga mat (or towel or blanket for the floor).
  • Blanket.
  • Cushion or pillows.
  • Optional: yoga blocks, yoga tie, chair to sit on.
