Five Element Yoga® – based in Traditional Chinese Medicine, yoga and Ayurveda – offers you easy practices to balance the EARTH Element, which is active right now during Late Summer Season.

Easy postures, breathing, energy channel massage, affirmations, and hand mudras – will help you feel more balanced, strong and relaxed to improve your energy resources at this time of the year. Our focus will be on EARTH element – self-nurturing, self-cultivation, and transforming our inner bounty into stability – as nature ripens to its fullest.

Our class will complete with deep healing rest in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra – lying down guided meditation to bring you into your body’s natural healing state.

Spend this sacred time during the Late Summer Harvest for you to tap into your inner EARTH element, taking a break from everything else for self-care.

ALL LEVELS and AGES for EVERYONE! Including Beginners.


Chat will be available after class to connect with our community and for Q&A. (FYI: you will see me, but no one, including myself will see or hear you for your privacy.)

All You Need Is:
– phone, smartphone, tablet or computer
– yoga mat, towel or a piece of the floor!
– cushion or chair to sit on
– props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc. (You’ll be lying down or in a comfy seat for this part)
