Deepen your knowledge and understanding of Metal Element as you are skillfully guided in a complete Autumn Renewal practice. Just as leaves release, this time of year is a chance to let go what no longer works, and tend to the emotions of sadness from change and loss. The brisk air and fresh breeze tells us it is also time to refresh our breathing, and strengthen the Immune system which will work hard for us over the coming colder seasons.

In this Training-Retreat, you will learn about and experience the potency of the Metal Element and its corresponding Lung and Large Intestine channels and energy points. Our Metal Element practice includes rhythmic movement, postures, breath work, mudras, energy channel self-massage, and yoga nidra.

  • Clear out the old as you learn to let go with grace.
  • Refresh your breathing opening to what is pure and new.
  • Find flow and lightness of being once again.
  • Let yourself balance to become a clear vessel of grounded energy.

Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra will complete our training-retreat allowing you to shift into your healing parasympathetic mode. Lie down and listen and you will receive deep self-connection and nourishment through a new, unique guided meditation with Jennifer’s relaxing voice accompanied by inspiring music.


Five Element Yoga®, developed by Jennifer Reis, weaves together the rich traditions of yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, yoga therapy, and nature’s wisdom. The goal is balance and harmony within oneself.

This is a live online 3-hour session! Chat will be available during and after our class to connect with our community, and for Questions & Answers. FYI: During class time, you can choose to have your video on or off for your privacy, and you will not be video recorded.

All you need is:

  • Smartphone, tablet, laptop, or computer
  • Blanket, cushion or pillow
  • Yoga strap (or a belt, scarf, or necktie)
  • Yoga mat (or a towel or an additional blanket on the floor)
  • Optional yoga block
  • Optional chair to sit on
