Awaken Your Inner Radiance

Kindle your spark, strengthen self-esteem, call forth your zeal! Learn and practice Mudras to ignite the light within you.

Mudras are potent hand gestures that enliven the energy channels, enhancing vitality throughout your body and being.

  • Learn about Mudras and how they awaken and balance your inner Fire Element.
  • Be guided in a creative flow of Mudras, breathing, easy movement and yoga postures that will enhance your Radiance.
  • Connect with your body and breath as you learn new tools to build confidence.

Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra will complete our workshop, allowing you to integrate your experience, as you rest and receive nourishment with Jennifer’s calming voice accompanied by soothing music. This lying down guided meditation will bring awareness to each level of your being, allowing you to fully let go into ease and wholeness. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.  

Take home a new Mudra practice to add potency to your yoga practice, and your life.

PLUS: You will receive practice handouts so you can continue to cultivate a regular practice, emailed to you within 24hrs of the Workshop.

PLUS: You will receive 6-day access to the workshop recording, in case you miss part, or cannot attend, or wish to refresh your experience.

This is a live online program. Chat will be available during and after our class to connect with our community, and for Questions & Answers. FYI: You can choose to have your video ON or OFF for your privacy, and you will never be video recorded.

All you need is:

  • Smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer
  • Yoga mat (or towel or blanket for the floor)
  • Cushion or pillows
  • Optional: blanket, yoga blocks, yoga tie, chair to sit on.
