Ignite Your Inner Spark With this Potent Mudra Yoga Practice

Are you feeling tired, have low energy, lost some of your spark? Vital Life Force energy is necessary to do our work in the world, to connect meaningfully with others, and to keep our bodies and minds clear and healthy.

  In this workshop, you will learn Mudras to activate your energy channels and your vitality. Mudra hand postures re-circuit your energy channels, stimulating your inner potency and allowing free flow of energy in service of your true Self.

  Jennifer will expertly guide you through a beautiful practice weaving together breathing, yoga poses and mudras, with a special focus on potent mudras with affirmation statements to ignite your inner spark.

Divine Sleep® Yoga nidra will complete our workshop – integrate, rest, and receive deep healing nourishment in this lying down, guided meditation with Jennifer’s calming voice and lovely music.

*NOTE: THIS WILL NOT BE A STRENUOUS PRACTICE, BUT WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO UNBLOCK YOUR ENERGY IN ORDER TO TAP INTO NATURAL VITALITY WITH SIMPLE PRACTICES THAT ARE APPROPRIATE FOR EVERYONE!

  • Cushion or pillows.
