Cultivate Calm Serenity

Learn new yoga tools to sooth, quiet and center yourself during daily life. Mudras are hand gestures that re-circuit the energy channels, powerfully shifting your energy and emotions.

Jennifer will expertly guide you through a beautiful practice weaving together breathing, tranquil yoga poses, with a special focus on potent mudras with soothing affirmation statements to help you ease stress, anxiety, and fear.

Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra will complete our workshop – integrate, rest, and receive deep healing nourishment in this lying down, guided meditation with Jennifer’s calming voice and soothing music.


Take Home A Mudra Practice to Establish Roots of Peace Within You

PLUS: You will receive practice handouts so you can continue to cultivate a regular practice, emailed to you within 24hrs of the Workshop.

PLUS: You will receive 7-day access to the workshop recording, in case you miss part, or cannot attend, or wish to refresh your experience.

This is a live online session. Chat will be available during and after our class to connect with our community, and for Questions & Answers. FYI: You can choose to have your video ON or OFF for your privacy, and you will not be video recorded.

All you need is:

  • Smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer
  • Yoga mat (or a towel or an additional blanket on the floor).
  • Cushion or pillows
  • Optional: blanket, yoga blocks, yoga tie, chair to sit on.
