Spend this time to increase connection and stability in your energy, mind and emotions. Learn new tools to calm and center yourself as you walk through daily life.

Mudras are powerful hand gestures that work to shift your energy. When your hands are positioned correctly you can re-circuit your  energy channels to bring about balancing, healing results.

Join me as we explore and learn about Mudras, how they work, and why they are so effective. Then be expertly guided as you practice and learn an easy yet potent Mudra flow with affirmations, breathing, yoga postures and meditation, and feel the calming strength of your practice.

Our workshop will complete with deep healing rest with Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra – a lying down guided meditation that flows through each level of your being to help you shift into your body’s healing mode.

BONUS: You will receive handouts pdfs so you can continue to practice your Mudras.

This is a live session! Chat will be available during and after our class to connect with our community and for Questions & Answers. (FYI: you will see me, but no one, including myself will see or hear you for your privacy.) ET Eastern Time.

 

All you need is:
-smartphone, tablet or computer
-yoga mat, towel or a piece of the floor!
-cushion or chair to sit on
-props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc. (You’ll be lying down or in a comfy seat for this part)
