Energy travels in the body through five currents called the ‘Prana Vayus’. Activating these currents can help you to nourish every system in the body to increase your health and wellness, as well as facilitate greater ease in your body and in your yoga postures!

First, you will learn all about the Prana Vayus. Helpful visuals will allow you to experience them with more clarity. Then, we’ll flow with our energy currents in yoga postures, breathing and hand mudras, focusing on circulating your energy.

Our workshop will complete Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guided meditation to cultivate smooth movement in the Prana Vayus. Rest and receive deep healing nurturing through this lying down, guided meditation with Jennifer’s melodic voice accompanied by relaxing music.

• INCLUDES 6-day access to the recording, in case you miss part, or cannot attend, or to refresh your experience.

  • Yoga mat, towel or a piece of the floor!
  • Cushion or chair to sit on.
  • Props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc. (You’ll be lying down, or in a comfy seated position for this part).
