Are you ready to realign yourself with the rhythms of nature? Five Element Yoga® TOTAL ELEMENT IMMERSION is a potent workshop! First you’ll learn all about the Elements. Then you’ll be guided in a colorful practice:

        • Celebrate your body with postures and rhythmic movement
        • Expand with Breathing for each Element
        • Circulate your energy with Mudras
        • Detoxify with Self-Massage and Meridians
        • Find deep Rest with Yoga Nidra

This unique journey through your Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether Elements will help to increase inner harmony, health, and happiness. Developed by Jennifer Reis, Five Element Yoga® is based on the archetypal building blocks of the elements from yoga, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. You’ll find out how each element corresponds to the energy meridians, chakra wheels, vayu currents, bija sounds, systems of the body and emotions – and practice it!

Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra will complete our Workshop, allowing you to rest and receive deep healing nurturing through this lying down, guided meditation with Jennifer’s melodic voice accompanied by inspiring music.

This is a live online session. Chat will be available during and after our class to connect with our community, and for Questions & Answers. FYI: During class time, you can choose to have your video on or off for your privacy, and you will not be video recorded.

All you need is:

  • Smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer
  • Yoga mat (or a towel or an additional blanket on the floor).
  • Cushion or pillows
  • Optional: blanket, yoga blocks, yoga tie, chair to sit on.
