Renew Your Whole Body and Being with Five Element Yoga® Self-Massage

Summer brings the Fire Element into its fullest expression with excitement, warmth, and outward energy, both inside the body and outdoors. During this intense yang time of the year, we can overextend our energies, overheat, overdo, and burn out by Summer’s end.

  • Discover more about the Fire Energy Channels and how to bring cooling nourishment to your body and mind.
  • Learn how to ensure proper circulation to regulate internal body temperature and energy levels.
  • Become calm, shifting in to parasympathetic healing mode as you learn to stimulate the vagus nerve.

You’ll be guided in an easy flow of gentle movement, self-massage techniques from Eastern wisdom, and Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guided meditation to complete our workshop. You’ll leave with new tools for self-care and wellness. Enhance your practice.

This is a live online session. Chat will be available during and after our class to connect with our community, and for Questions & Answers. FYI: You can choose to have your video ON or OFF for your privacy, and you will not be video recorded.

  • Smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer
  • Yoga mat (or towel or blanket for the floor).
  • Cushion or pillows
  • Optional: blanket, yoga blocks, yoga tie, chair to sit on.
