Five Element Yoga® Self-Massage offers a potent method for you to balance and heal from within.

Join Jennifer for this soothing, enlivening Winter Harmony Flow.

Practice an easy flow of yoga postures and self-massage techniques that will fortify you from within! Every Five Element Yoga® Self Massage workshop is unique, helping you to balance your energy body and whole being for the current season within.

  • Develop your understanding of the Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian energy channels.
  • Learn how to activate your meridians and energy points with massage and yoga.
  • Improve increased energy flows to your organs and bodily systems with Ayurvedic massage.
  • Strengthen from within to build resilience and balance for the Winter Season.

Our workshop will complete with the deep healing rest of a new and unique Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra – lying down guided meditation that flows through each level of your being to help you shift into your body’s healing mode. You will leave feeling nourished, revitalized, and strengthened from the inside out!

All you need is:

  • Smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer
  • Yoga mat (or a towel or an additional blanket on the floor).
  • Blankets, cushions or pillows for comfort.
  • Optional: yoga blocks, yoga tie, chair to sit on.
