It’s SLOW DOWN SATURDAY.

Let’s join together for Five Element Yoga® (1/2hr) and deep rest in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra (1/2hr)! Simple stretching, breathing, mudras, and self-massage offers you sacred time to get peaceful and calm, taking a break from everything else.

Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that allows you to sooth and connect with each level of your being: body, breath/energy, mind/emotions, wisdom/witness, bliss/healing! The benefits are numerous: yoga nidra is proven to shift you into the healing parasympathetic mode to relax and heal your body and mind, increase levels of both rest, energy, and strengthen your body’s reserves.

This is sacred time for you to get peaceful and calm.


Each Class Is New and Unique

ALL LEVELS for EVERYONE! Including Beginners.  

After class ends, there will be time for community Q&A in the Chat


FYI: you will see me, but no one, including myself will see or hear you for your privacy.

All You Need Is:
– phone, smartphone, tablet or computer
– yoga mat, towel or a piece of the floor!
– cushion or chair to sit on
– props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc. (You’ll be lying down or in a comfy seat for this part)
