It’s SOOTHING SATURDAY. Let’s join together for 30-mins of easy Five Element Yoga® stretching, postures, self-massage, breathing, and mudras. Then lie down (or sit) for 30 min Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guided meditation. Sacred time for you to get peaceful and calm. ALL LEVELS for EVERYONE! Including Beginners.
Each class is creative, new and unique! After class ends, there will be time for community Q&A in the Chat.
FYI: you will see me, but no one, including myself will see or hear you for your privacy.
All You Need Is:
– phone, smartphone, tablet or computer
– yoga mat, towel or a piece of the floor!
– cushion or chair to sit on
– props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc. (You’ll be lying down or in a comfy seat for this part)
