It’s SLOW DOWN SATURDAY! Join Jennifer for 30-mins of slow and soothing Five Element Yoga® stretching, postures, self-massage, breathing, and mudras. Then lie down (or sit) for 30 min Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guided meditation.

This is sacred time for you to get peaceful and calm.

ALL LEVELS for EVERYONE! Including Beginners.  


All You Need Is:
– phone, smartphone, tablet or computer
– yoga mat, towel or a piece of the floor!
– cushion or chair to sit on
– props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc. (You’ll be lying down or in a comfy seat for this part)
