ALL-LEVELS for EVERYONE! Let’s join together for 30mins of easy Five Element Yoga® stretching, postures, self-massage, breathing, and mudras. Then lie down (or sit) for 30min Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guided meditation. All sessions will be unique and varied. After class ends there will be time for Q&A in the Chat. (FYI: All sessions are on Zoom Webinar. You will see me, but no one, including myself will see or hear you for your privacy)
All you need is:
– phone, smartphone, tablet or computer
– yoga mat, towel or a piece of the floor!
– cushion or chair to sit on
– props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc. (You’ll be lying down or in a comfy seat for this part)
