Perfect for the intensity of the Summer Season. You’ll learn new ways to cultivate inner peace each week! This series is designed to help you release tightness in both body and mind, allowing you to open to your innate flowing grace. You’ll find out more about our soothing practices and be skillfully guided by Jennifer.

Each session is divided into thirds with our three essential practices:

  • Movement: rhythmic movement, nourishing yoga postures, and calming breathwork.
  • Self-Massage: includes Ayurvedic bodywork, Energy Channels and Acupressure.
  • Yoga Nidra: just lie down and listen for deepest relaxation in this guided meditation. 20-minutes of yoga nidra can feel like 2-3 hours of sleep!
