We have chosen a favorite past class, and made it available for all day Sunday! Experience this nurturing, healing class for the first time, or experience it anew, at the time of day that is best for you:

‘IMMUNE BOOST YOGA & Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra’ from August 10

Strengthen your immune system with easy Five Element Yoga® based in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and yoga! We will massage energy channels and points, practice movement and yoga postures, mudras, and deep breathing. This class will awaken your body’s natural ability to stay strong and protected.

Our class completes in deep healing rest with Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra – a lying down guided meditation that flows through each level of your being to help you shift into your body’s own healing mode, supporting the health of your immune system.

This is sacred time for you to get strong from within, taking a break from everything else.

  • For all-levels including Beginners, and for All-Ages.
  • You will need a phone, smartphone, tablet, or computer. All sessions are on Zoom.
  • Preparation: You can prepare by gathering your props together for sitting or lying down. Pillows, blankets, eye pillow, etc.
