Learn new ways to cultivate inner peace each week! This series is designed to help you release tightness in both body and mind, allowing you to open to your innate flowing grace. The Water Element will be our inspiration and our guide, tapping into your inner healing springs.

With each session, you’ll find out more about our Stress Soother practices, and be skillfully guided by Jennifer in a nourishing yoga practice with three components:

  • Rhythmic movement, nourishing yoga postures, and breathwork to release stress.
  • Self-Massage – including Ayurvedic bodywork, Energy Channels and Acupressure.
  • Yoga Nidra for deepest relaxation.

Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra will complete our session – all you do is lie down and listen. 20-minutes of yoga nidra equates to 2-3 hours of sleep!

Sessions are LIVE ONLINE in Eastern Time. Chat will be available before, during and after our class to connect with each other, share, and for Questions & Answers. Please feel free to have your video on or off.

All you need is:

  • Blanket
  • 2 cushions or pillows
  • Yoga strap (or a belt, scarf, or necktie)
  • Yoga mat (or a towel or an additional blanket on the floor)
  • Optional yoga block (or stack of books)
  • Optional chair to sit on
  • Smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer
