  • A Four-Week Series of 75-minute classes.

  • Registration for the Series is $70 and includes the Vagus Nerve Series Workbook pdf, 5-CEs YACEP. Closed.

  • Register for individual classes with sliding scale (workbook and CEs not included).

  • Everyone will receive 4-day recording access (through the weekend) for each class, giving plenty of time for practice or review.

Learn new ways to stimulate the Vagus Nerve each week! This series is designed to train your body to unwind tensions, teach your mind to de-stress, and allow your energy and spirit to shine.

With each session, you’ll find out more about Vagus Nerve Yoga, and be guided by Jennifer in a calming Five Element Yoga® Therapy practice that includes rhythmic and restorative yoga postures, soothing breathwork, hand mudras, as well as self-massage for energy channels and points.

Lying down relaxation meditation – Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra – will complete our session, allowing you to receive the deepest levels of rest: 20-minutes of yoga nidra equates to 2-3 hours of sleep!

All you need is:

  • 2 blankets
  • 2 cushions or pillows
  • Yoga strap (or a belt, scarf, or necktie)
  • Yoga mat (or a towel or an additional blanket on the floor)
  • Optional yoga block (or stack of books)
  • Optional chair to sit on
  • Smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer
