This series is designed to train your body to unwind tensions, teach your mind to de-stress, and allow your energy and clarity to shine. With each session, you’ll learn more about Vagus Nerve Yoga including Polyvagal Theory and why it’s important.

You’ll be guided by Jennifer in a nourishing Five Element Yoga® Therapy practice including rhythmic movement, restorative postures, calming breathwork, hand mudras, as well as self-massage for energy channels and points.

Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guided meditation will complete our session, allowing you to receive the deepest levels of rest: 20-minutes of yoga nidra equates to 2-3 hours of sleep!

VAGUS NERVE YOGA Will Enhance Your Relaxation and Health, Improve Your Sleep, and Increase Harmony in Yourself


This is a live online session! Chat will be available during and after our class to connect with our community and for Questions & Answers. Please feel free to have your video on or off.

All you need is:

  • 2 blankets
  • 2 cushions or pillows
  • Yoga strap (or a belt, scarf, or necktie)
  • Yoga mat (or a towel or an additional blanket on the floor)
  • Optional yoga block (or stack of books)
  • Optional chair to sit on
  • Smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer
