  • Learn more about Wood Element from Traditional Chinese Medicine, along with easy yoga tools to decongest and balance yourself within.
  • Be skillfully guided in a flowing, cleansing Five Element Yoga® practice for balancing Wood Element.
  • Give yourself the gift of movement, postures, breath awareness, mudras, energy channel work, self-care massage and bodywork.
  • A new and unique Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra will complete our workshop, allowing you to receive deep healing rest through this lying down, guided meditation with Jennifer’s calming voice accompanied by inspiring music.

All you need is:

  • Smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer
  • Yoga mat (or a towel or an additional blanket on the floor).
  • Cushion or pillows
  • Optional: blanket, yoga blocks, yoga tie, chair to sit on.
