  • Learn more about Wood Element from Traditional Chinese Medicine, along with easy yoga tools to decongest and balance.
  • Be guided in a flowing, calming, cleansing Five Element Yoga® practice for balancing Wood Element, including movement, postures, breathing, mudras, acupressure, and self-care bodywork.
  • Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra will complete our workshop, allowing you to receive deep healing rest through this lying down, guided meditation with Jennifer’s calming voice accompanied by inspiring music.

  • Yoga mat (or towel or blanket for the floor).
  • Cushion or pillows
  • Optional: blanket, yoga blocks, yoga tie, chair to sit on.
