Teach Your Body-Mind To Relax and De-Stress With Easy Yoga Practices

Activate Your Parasympathetic Relaxation Response


Learn new ways to stimulate the Vagus Nerve with each class! This series is designed to train your body to unwind tensions, teach your mind to de-stress, and allow your energy and spirit to shine.

With each session, you’ll find out more about Vagus Nerve Yoga, and be guided by Jennifer in a calming Five Element Yoga® Therapy practice that includes rhythmic and restorative yoga postures, soothing breathwork, hand mudras, as well as self-massage for energy channels and points.

Lying down relaxation meditation – Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra – will complete our session, allowing you to receive the deepest levels of rest: 20-minutes of yoga nidra equates to deep rest that can feel like 2-3 hours of sleep!

Activating the Vagus Nerve is potent and offers you these benefits:

You will have continuous recording access to all sessions for the entire month of  April, to learn, practice and re-visit at your own pace. 


All you need is:

•2 blankets

•2 cushions or pillows

•Yoga strap (or a belt, scarf, or necktie)

•Yoga mat (or a towel or an additional blanket on the floor)

•Optional yoga block (or stack of books)

•Optional chair to sit on

•laptop, computer, or device.
