You Can Transform Stress Into Joyous Flowing Energy.

Learn more about the Five Elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether – how they form the basis of your bodily constitution, and why balancing the elements within is key to releasing stress and cultivating health and well-being.

Be expertly guided in an easy flow of Five Element Yoga® including breathing, yoga postures, mudras, healing affirmations, and self-massage. You will cultivate a deepened connection to your inmost being, finding flowing grace and harmony within your body, energy, mind and emotions.

We will complete our session with the deep healing rest of Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra, with a special journey based on the five elements. This lying down guided meditation brings awareness to each level of your being, allowing you to shift into your body’s healing parasympathetic mode.

This is sacred time for you to get in touch with yourself and your body, taking a break from everything else.

All Levels for Everyone. Including Beginners.

• You will receive handout PDFs so you can continue to practice cultivating a regular practice.

• You will receive 5-day access to the workshop recording in case you miss part or cannot attend or to refresh your experience.

All you need is:
-smartphone, tablet or computer
-yoga mat, towel or a piece of the floor!
-cushion or chair to sit on
-props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc. (You’ll be lying down or in a comfy seat for this part)
