In this season of Gratitude and Grace, uplift your Heart in this Five Element Yoga® Workshop!
Nurture and nourish your Heart both physically and emotionally as we focus on enhancing the Air Element within. Our practices will include new and uplifting breathing techniques, gentle movement, and heart-expanding yoga postures to awaken qualities of compassion and acceptance.
Practicing mudras, positive affirmations, and self-massage will allow you to drop deeper within. Cultivate connection to your source of inner compassion, blossoming acceptance, and gratitude for all that is, including all other hearts and beings. Brief journaling will invite you to integrate your inner wisdom.
Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra will complete our workshop. This lying down guided meditation will bring awareness to each level of your being, with a sweet journey based on nourishing your Heart.
- BONUS: You will receive handout PDFs so you can continue to practice cultivating a regular practice (they will be emailed to you within 24hrs of the Workshop).
- PLUS: You will receive 6-day access to the recording, in case you miss part, or cannot attend, or wish to refresh your experience.

All you need is:
-Smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer
-Props for Five Element Yoga®:
• Journal or paper and pen.
• Optional blanket, cushion or pillows, yoga block, chair to sit on.
• Yoga strap (or a belt, scarf, or necktie).
• Yoga mat (or a towel or an additional blanket on the floor).
