Fall asleep more easily, sleep more consistently and soundly, and awaken feeling rested and refreshed! Join Jennifer for SLEEP BETTER YOGA.

First you’ll learn more about the importance and power of your nervous system and how practices and tools from Five Element Yoga® and Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra can help you nurture and guide yourself to Sleep Better Now.

Then you’ll be guided in a potent, nurturing Five Element Yoga® practice including breathing, yoga postures, mudras, healing affirmations, self-massage, and the deep relaxation of Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra.

This is sacred time for you to get in touch with your body and yourself, taking a break from everything else.

You will learn how to work with your nervous system in a whole new way.


Registration includes 8 day access to the Workshop — Saturday Sept 19 through Sat Sept .  

BONUS: With registration you will receive handout PDFs so you can continue to cultivate a regular practice.


This is a recording of a live session!  Jennifer’s opening and closing comments and question and answer responding to students chats, have been included.

All you need is:

  • Smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer
  • Yoga mat, towel or a piece of the floor!
  • Cushion or chair to sit on.
  • Props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc. (You’ll be lying down, or in a comfy seated position for this part).
