Jennifer will expertly guide you through a beautiful practice weaving together breath, tranquil yoga poses, rhythmic movement, mudras, self-massage and acupressure with a special focus on helping you to ease stress, anxiety, and fear.

This is a live online 3-hour session! Chat will be available during and after our class to connect with our community, and for Questions & Answers. FYI: During class time, you can choose to have your video on or off for your privacy, and you will not be video recorded.

All you need is:

  • Smartphone, tablet, laptop, or computer
  • Blanket, cushion or pillow
  • Yoga strap (or a belt, scarf, or necktie)
  • Yoga mat (or a towel or an additional blanket on the floor)
  • Optional yoga block
  • Optional chair to sit on
