In this Early Fall Season, as nature ripens to its fullest, Earth Element is especially active.
Five Element Yoga® – based in yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda – offers you easy practices to balance the EARTH Element within you, increasing grounding and resilience and an overall sense of well-being.
Easy postures, breathing, energy channel massage, affirmations, and hand mudras will help you feel more balanced, strong, grounded and resilient at this transitional time of the year.
Our class will complete with deep healing rest in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra – lying down guided meditation to bring you into your body’s natural healing state. A new and unique journey in every class!
Spend this sacred time, take a break from everything else for nurturing self-care and self-connection.
ALL LEVELS and AGES for EVERYONE! Including Beginners.

All You Need Is:
– phone, smartphone, tablet or computer
– yoga mat, towel or a piece of the floor!
– cushion or chair to sit on
– props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc. (You’ll be lying down or in a comfy seat for this part)
