For ALL LEVELS Including Beginners
Class #1: IMMUNE BOOST YOGA
Uplift with Pranavayu upward current of energy throughout this nourishing flow to strengthen your breath, lungs and immune system. Gentle back-bending, opening ribs and spine laterally, arm movements with breath to invigorate and detox. Followed by self-massage, and opening and stretching the Lung Channel and shoulder girdle.
Wonderful sinus clearing techniques and strengthening your breath. Slow flowing side warriors, down dogs, resting banana and twist poses. Let go fully with yoga nidra dessert to finish!
Class #2: FIVE ELEMENT YOGA COMPLETE FLOW
This class will help you get balanced within the building blocks of your being: the five elements!
We begin with Earth Element, awakening the feet and legs. With Water Element we learn to flow more freely in body, joints, and especially the hips. Fire Element will ignite your arms and solar center. Side bends and heart openers activate Air Element in the chest and lungs. Expand into blue-sky as you open your Ether/Space Element. Yoga nidra guided meditation brings you home to your heart at the end of our practice.
Class #3: IMMUNE BOOST FIVE ELEMENT YOGA
Nourish the heart, chest, and thymus gland, increasing your Immune health and wellness. Air Element inspires this class! You’ll enjoy dynamically moving into lunging warrior poses, massaging potent energy points from Traditional Chinese Medicine, and breathing your fullest breath in this flowing practice. Play in rocking-balancing warrior, learning how to lengthen your side ribs to expand breath even more. Yoga nidra will restore you to your fullest in our sweet, guided relaxation meditation to finish practice.
Class #4: JOURNEY THROUGH THE ELEMENTS: FIVE ELEMENT YOGA
We start with foot massage, energy points to strengthen all the systems and organs, and goddess pose. Then into swimming movements we go, finding flow in the joints and spine, followed by hip awakening stretches. Easy back-bends ignite your inner light. Open and expand through rhythmic side warriors. Soften into the floor with resting twist. Restore fully with yummy yoga nidra to complete our journey together.

All you need is:
- Smartphone, tablet or computer.
- Yoga mat, towel or a piece of the floor!
- Cushion (or chair) to sit on
- Props for Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra like pillows, blanket, eye pillow, etc.
