In this particular Sleep Session we begin with Chandra Moon breathing, then the most sedating of all mudras, flowing into some gentle spinal movements, easy foot massage, then comes our main event: Yoga Nidra for Sleep.
Our journey takes you into your inner haven of peace, through your body, breath, mind and then into the Bamboo Grove. You find a beautiful pond where you float into bliss… and maybe also sleep! Inducing the parasympathic mode, yoga nidra can reset and teach your nervous system to sleep better.
