Here are some simple instructions for printing your Manual and Assignment Packet, so you can have them by your side as you move through the course:

Click the download links provided in ‘Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra Teacher Training Manual’ and ‘Assignment Packet’ tabs to save the files to your computer or device. Make sure you know where they are saved so you can easily locate them for reading, printing and for your future reference.

*You are required to print out your ASSIGNMENT PACKET as you will need to refer to it during our training. Printing the Manual is optional.

💾 Option A: Use a Printing Service with USB Thumb Drive

For many, this is the easiest option. Simply:

• Save the files to a USB drive (also called a flash drive)
• Take it to your local Staples, Office Depot, or independent print shop
• Ask for double-sided black and white printing (not color) to keep costs down as color is very expensive. Its nice to have the first page (cover) printed in color.
• They can print, hole punch, or coil bind it if you ask them. Hole punching is simple and flexible – the manual will fit in a 1″ 3-ring binder.
• NOTE: occasionally a Staples store will not understand their own company policy and say they cannot print the manual because it is copyrighted, or because it is protected against altering the content. To avoid this possibility — if you are planning to have your manual printed, email Michael and he will send you a personalized note clairying that you are authorized to have the manual printed!

🖨️ Option B: Use a Printing Service with their Online Form (can be confusing and time consuming)

You can fill out the multi-step process to order by uploading your files to an online print center like Staples, FedEx Office, or a local copy shop, however beware as there can be difficulty because it is an intricate process. These services offer binding, hole punching, and delivery or store pick-up.

🏠 Option C: Print at Home

Printing at home is also an option. If you don’t have a printer you can buy one for the cost of having the manual professionally printed — about $70.

• Print on three-hole punch paper if you’d like to keep everything in a binder (or have Staples etc hole punch it for you after)
• Choose double-sided printing to save paper
