This Online Coursework is designed to support you after our Training Weekend is completed every step of the way, with a gentle rhythm that allows you to learn, embody, and reflect at your own pace. You’ll find the content arranged in a clear sequence to make your experience both easeful and effective.
Coursework Instructions – Here’s how to move through your training:
- Enjoy Your Learning and Practice Through Our 3 Main Sections: Learn A, B & C
These are your core teachings—rich with insight, practical guidance, and experiential wisdom. Each includes ‘Lesson Videos’ to learn new concepts and ‘Practice Videos’ where you’ll be lovingly guided through Yoga & Yoga Nidra. - Pause to Reflect with Journal Prompts
You’ll find Journal Entry opportunities woven into your learning. When prompted, download the journal prompt file, take time to write your reflections, and then upload your completed responses before continuing. This is a chance to deepen your understanding of yourself and this practice. - Complete the Quizzes
There are three short and simple quizzes designed to help reinforce key teachings. These are meant to be peaceful check-ins to help you integrate what you’ve learned.
Sequential Learning:
Move through the course sequentially, one section at a time. Each piece is intentionally placed to support your learning and help you feel grounded, inspired, and ready to guide others with confidence and care.
