Create Your Own Ayurvedic Self-Massage Ritual

One of the deepest experiences of self-nourishment you can give yourself is Ayurvedic massage with warmed oils. Discover deep relaxation and healing right at your fingertips, as expert yoga therapist and licensed massage therapist Jennifer leads you through our sweet practice together.

Beginning with a short sequence of gentle movements and breathing to awaken presence, you’ll be guided in a full exploration of Ayurvedic self-massage techniques to nurture your entire being, from head to toe. This self-care massage workshop is designed to stimulate your innate healing abilities by soothing your central nervous system, enhancing lymphatic circulation for purification, and uplifting your energy flow.

By using oils, you are enhancing the ability of nutrients to reach the nervous and immune systems, as well as to loosen toxins at a cellular level. And the great thing is that all you need is oil from your kitchen (sunflower, safflower, almond, sesame, or other). A combination of Abhyanga-Vishesh and Marma bodywork will be combined in our rhythmic massage and energy-point practice that breaks up impurities, removes stagnant waste, and deeply relaxes you.

Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guided meditation, practiced lying down, will allow you to rest and receive the nourishing benefits of our practice. You will leave relaxed and renewed, with new tools for your self-care.
