Learn how to nourish yourself to improve your energy and vitality for Winter in this series with Jennifer Reis. You’ll increase your inner freedom and flow as you strengthen from within. You’ll learn the winter Meridian channels, and practice easy techniques to clear and activate them in this dynamic practice that draws on Traditional Chinese Medicine.
